Cancellation Policy

Please be respectful of mine time. I am a mom of two Little children, I understand things “pop up” or accidents happen. As a courtesy, I will always contact you and confirm the date and time of your appointment 48 hours before, so please notify me immediately if you are unable to make your appointment. I will enforce my No Show/Cancellation policy. You get a break the 1st no show or late cancellation. 

You will be charged a no show/cancellation fee of $50 if you cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving a minimum of 12 hour notice prior to your appointment.  Clients also arriving more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will have to reschedule, This is to ensure I am able to see the clients after you on time.
